For a long time ultimate has been the sport for the privileged and coronavirus has exacerbated existing racial injustices and class inequality. For these reasons we can not in good conscience participate in the 2020 club season. We hope to hit the fields in another year.

Thank you @chi_shakedown for the push to speak publically. We are working as a team to make donations to Chicago area organizations fighting for racial justice. Donations are just a start and will be followed by active discussions and advocacy against racial injustice.
