For nearly my entire life, UC baseball was mostly irrelevant. Sure the occasional stud...Youk, Josh Harrison, Ian Happ, others. I followed them & rooted hard for them all the way to MLB.
But this team has at least a few future MLBers if they remain healthy. Fun to watch!!

While the prior coach was well-intentioned with comments about UC’s history, this man 👇🏻 lived it! For me at least, CJC’s comments are far more authentic and carry far more weight. He’s one of us. He’s a Bearcat. 👏🏻

Dang it! One of my first favorite 🏈 players. A teammate of Jim Plunkett’s Rose Bowl championship team and Stanford’s Thunderchicken defense. 10-year career with the Vikings.

Stanford Football mourns the passing of Jeff Siemon, a consensus All-American, 2006 College Football Hall of Fame inductee, two-time Rose Bowl champion, and four-time Pro Bowler who spent 11 seasons in the NFL.

They need to hire a guy like Coach Avent. A guy that gets it, is a good people person and is in it for the right reasons. A guy that appeciates here. ...
