In a couple weeks, I’ll be reading at (No More) Wire Hangrrr Fest Fest, a music and arts festival benefiting the Texas Equal Access Fund. Lots of great music for a great cause 🤍 tickets below.
It’s Jane’s Due Process Wrapped! This year, we helped thousands of young Texans get the info, support, and care they need. Our services are more essential than ever. Help us keep going! Give at janesdueprocess/donate.

Texas abortion funds @fronterafundrgv@fundtexaschoice@lilithfund@janesdueprocess@teafund refuse to be intimidated by HB7. We will continue to find every possible way to legally support Texans seeking the health care they need and deserve, wherever they must go to access it.
We’re still thinking about what a blast we had at Three Links for the Haunted Hotties Showcase in partnership with @teafund. If these pics give you FOMO, don’t worry, you can still support @teafund and JDP by visiting the links in our bios – our work funding abortion and reproductive health care is never done!

When the need is urgent, we meet it with care and safety. Alexandra’s story shows how TEA Fund shows up for families. Help stock the next infant care drive. Give, volunteer, or share.

Happy Trans Awareness Week! 🏳️⚧️
We believe that trans people deserve to be seen for *everything* they are. And that includes trans folks who need and deserve abortion care!
No one should be left out of the conversation. No one should be denied care.
Care is a practice, not a slogan. Andree’s story shows how our staff and board show up for each other so we can show up for you.
ALT White quote card on a magenta dotted background with Texas Equal Access Fund 20-year seal. Headline reads “20 Years 20 Stories.” Quote from Board President Andree Ziweslin-Hartley about staff and board coming together during difficult times with check-ins, emotional support, and side-by-side decisions. "In difficult seasons, I’ve watched our staff and board come together by checking in, offering emotional support, and making decisions side by side. It’s a relief to be with like-minded people where you can speak honestly and be met with care, feedback, and the kind of support that helps you keep doing the work."
Did you know that in addition to abortion and preventive repro care funding, Texas Equal Access Fund provides diapers, wipes, and formula to parents in need? This program is one of our most requested. We run out of money in just a few days at the start of each month.
When leaders cut programs, communities step up. Mutual aid keeps families afloat. We do this because kids and caregivers deserve dignity, stability, and choice. It’s how we stay true to our reproductive justice values.
