They laughed when I said I wanted to lead a team one day. I didnโ€™t care. In school, everyone gave standard answers: Teacher, Doctor, Astronaut. When my friends asked, I told them: "I don't know the industry, but I want to build and lead a team." They laughed at me but I didnโ€™t care. Fast forward to today: Iโ€™m building something Iโ€™ve always dreamed of at @techificial. I'm Sajal Agarwal - Founder of Techificial.ai. We help enterprises and startups build real-world AI systems, including: โ€ข Custom AI agents โ€ข RAG pipelines โ€ข LLM training โ€ข End-to-end AI product development We are actively looking to partner with founders, engineers, and operators building in the AI space. Whether it's co-developing, sharing referrals, or trading notes, letโ€™s connect ๐Ÿค Check our pinned post for our full capabilities!

Everyone's debating GPT vs Claude. Meanwhile, Microsoft shipped 7 in-house models, and one of them is already running inside your IDE without you choosing it. Microsoft AI's MAI is built to help people stay updated with the fast-moving AI world with seven new models across reasoning, coding, image, voice, and transcription. All of them are developed from the square one without leaning on other companies' AI systems. Here's what actually matters for your stack: 1. Your IDE already runs MAI code. 2. Beats Claude Sonnet 4.6 in evals. 3. Transcription is 5 times faster than competitors. 4. RL trains directly on your workflows. The debate was always about who owns the model running in your stack rather than ChatGPT vs Claude. Which MAI model are you testing first?

Unpopular opinion ๐Ÿ’ฌ: By 2030, the internet won't be built for humans anymore. You won't browse dozens of different websites or download separate apps. Instead, you will live inside one ChatGPT-style super-app. You will give instructions and your personal AI agent will handle everything in the background. How are you preparing for this massive change?

Anthropic just admitted that Claude Fable 5 was giving weaker responses to AI researchers without telling them. Here's what actually happened: Anthropic built a hidden safeguard into Fable 5 that would invisibly degrade performance for anyone they suspected of using Claude to train competing AI models without any alert, warning message, or indication that it was happening. Researchers would just get worse results without knowing why. Here's the timeline in 5 points: 1. Fable 5 has degraded researcher outputs. 2. Researchers got worse results unknowingly. 3. The AI community called it secret sabotage. 4. Anthropic admitted fault and reversed course. 5. Visible fallbacks now replace hidden ones. Their view was that a hidden safeguard would be very tough to spot and work around. That argument didn't change internally until the AI research community raised serious concerns. Dean Ball, a former White House AI adviser, called it "shockingly hostile." Prime Intellect's Will Brown was even more direct, saying it felt like Anthropic was making it harder for others to follow the same path. The important lesson for any business using AI in production is that if your AI provider can change the system's answers without telling you and you haven't spotted it, you are not really in control of your own product. Are you actually in control of what your AI is doing in production?

Here's the new policy: "Starting this week, flagged requests will visibly fall back to Opus 4.8. On the API, any flagged requests will return a reason for their refusal. You will see this every time it happens."

Anthropic says it implemented these safeguards to limit foreign adversaries and hidden them was a way to make them narrower. The company now says it made the wrong tradeoff.

We got Opus 4.8. We got Fable 5 from Mythos-Class. When are we getting GPT-5.6?
