Zero-knowledge proofs sound like a cryptography research topic. Increasingly, they're a practical enterprise technology with real production applications. The business leaders who understand them early will have an advantage. The core concept: a zero-knowledge proof allows one party to prove they know something, such as a credential, a balance, or an identity attribute, without revealing the underlying information. For enterprises navigating data privacy requirements, identity verification challenges, and cross-organizational data sharing, this has significant practical implications. Financial institutions are using ZK proofs for compliant data sharing without exposing customer records. Healthcare organizations are exploring privacy-preserving credential verification. Identity platforms are building systems that verify without surveilling. Tech Impact brings advanced technology concepts into practical business focus. The traditional hiring model of posting a job, filtering resumes, interviewing, and hiring was built for a world where skills were stable, careers were linear, and talent markets moved slowly. None of those things are true anymore. AI-powered talent marketplace platforms are enabling organizations to match skills to work dynamically, not just at the moment of hire but continuously across the entire employee lifecycle. Internal mobility platforms that surface opportunities to existing employees before looking externally. Skills inference engines that map adjacent capabilities. Workforce planning tools that model skills gaps years before they become crises. The organizations building AI-native talent strategies are gaining significant advantages in retention, agility, and organizational capability. Tech Impact explores the future of work as a technology story. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. Interested in a guest feature? Organizational knowledge is one of the most valuable and most wasted assets in enterprise. Insights buried in old email threads. Expertise that lives only in the heads of people who left two years ago. Documentation so outdated it actively misleads. Tribal knowledge that never made it into any system. AI-powered knowledge management is changing this equation in ways that previous generations of knowledge base tools never could. Intelligent retrieval, automatic knowledge capture, expertise mapping, and conversational interfaces that surface the right information to the right person at the right moment. The organizations getting this right are seeing meaningful improvements in onboarding speed, decision quality, and institutional resilience, because their knowledge stops leaving when people do. AI Impact™ covers where AI is quietly solving problems that have frustrated organizations for decades. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. Want a guest spot? The agricultural sector is undergoing a technology transformation that most enterprise technology conversations overlook entirely. That is a significant blind spot. AI-powered precision agriculture is using satellite imagery, IoT soil sensors, drone monitoring, and predictive analytics to help farmers make better decisions about water usage, fertilizer application, pest management, and harvest timing. The results are measurable: reduced input costs, higher yields, lower environmental impact, and greater resilience to climate variability. For technology leaders, the agriculture sector offers some of the most compelling applied AI case studies in existence: real constraints, real stakes, and real outcomes in an industry that feeds the world. Most business leaders interact with the API economy every day without thinking about it. Every time a payment is processed, a ride is booked, a weather alert is sent, or a CRM syncs with a marketing platform, an API is doing the work. But the API economy has evolved far beyond simple integrations. It is now the primary mechanism through which enterprises monetize data, build partner ecosystems, deploy AI capabilities externally, and compose entirely new business models from interoperable services. The organizations that understand APIs as a strategic business layer, not just a technical plumbing concern, are building competitive advantages that are remarkably difficult to replicate. Tech Impact explores the business architecture of modern technology leadership, including the often-invisible infrastructure that makes the digital economy run. Deploying an AI model is only the beginning. The harder challenge, and the one most organizations underestimate, is knowing what that model is doing once it's live in production. AI observability is the discipline of monitoring model behavior in real time: tracking accuracy drift, detecting data distribution shifts, catching bias emergence before it becomes a liability, and measuring whether the model is actually doing what it was designed to do in the messy conditions of real-world deployment. Organizations that skip this layer are flying blind. The consequences can be severe: a fraud model that starts missing new attack patterns, a recommendation engine drifting toward problematic outputs, or a clinical decision tool that degrades silently. Tech Impact / AI Impact™ covers the full operational reality of enterprise AI, including the monitoring and governance infrastructure that keeps it trustworthy long after launch. There's a large gap between the perception of voice AI, which was shaped by early virtual assistants that frustrated more people than they helped, and the reality of what voice technology can do in production environments today. Today's voice AI is context-aware, domain-specific, capable of multi-turn reasoning, and deployable inside existing enterprise systems without ripping out infrastructure. The contact center applications alone are producing ROI numbers that are hard to ignore. But beyond the contact center, voice AI is showing up in field service, clinical documentation, manufacturing operations, and executive productivity tools in ways that most technology observers haven't fully registered yet. I'm covering this evolution on TECH IMPACT because I think it's one of the most underreported enterprise technology stories of the year. If you're building or deploying in this space, let's talk. techimpact.tv/

As AI capabilities expand, a counterintuitive truth is emerging: the most powerful technology in the world is only as effective as the human experience built around it. Poor UX kills adoption. Confusing AI outputs erode trust. Interfaces that don't fit into real workflows get bypassed entirely, no matter how sophisticated the model underneath. Human-centered design in the age of AI isn't just about making things look nice. It's about building AI systems that communicate uncertainty clearly, that fit into actual human decision-making processes, and that earn the trust of the people who depend on them to do their jobs. Tech Impact spotlights the organizations getting this right. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. Quantum computers powerful enough to break today's encryption standards don't exist yet. But the threat they represent is real enough that the organizations waiting to act until they arrive will be too late. "Harvest now, decrypt later" attacks are already underway. Adversaries are collecting encrypted data today with the intention of decrypting it once quantum capability matures. Sensitive data with a long shelf life: health records, financial transactions, government communications, intellectual property. All of it potentially vulnerable to a decryption event that is years, not decades, away. The National Institute of Standards and Technology has already released post-quantum cryptography standards. The migration has started. Tech Impact is covering the leaders building quantum-safe security postures right now. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. telText-only AI was the opening act. Multimodal AI refers to systems that simultaneously process and reason across text, images, audio, video, documents, and structured data. That is where production value is accelerating dramatically. For enterprise applications, this matters enormously. A multimodal system can analyze a customer complaint message alongside the account history, product images, and voice sentiment from a previous call and generate a response that accounts for all of it. A manufacturing quality system can process video from the production line alongside sensor telemetry and maintenance logs to predict a failure mode before it happens. TECH Impact  tracks where multimodal AI is creating outcomes that single-modality systems simply cannot. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. Want a guest spot? Everyone talks about the biggest AI models. Fewer people are talking about what's happening at the other end of the spectrum, and that is where some of the most practical innovation is taking place. Small language models (SLMs) are purpose-built, cost-efficient, and fast enough to run at the edge or inside tightly governed enterprise environments. They don't need massive infrastructure. They don't require sending sensitive data to a third-party cloud. And for specific, well-defined tasks such as document classification, customer intent detection, and internal knowledge retrieval, they outperform their giant counterparts on every metric that actually matters to a business. Tech Impact covers the full spectrum of what's real in enterprise AI, including the innovations that don't make the front page but are transforming how organizations operate. Space technology is no longer the exclusive domain of national agencies and science missions. It is rapidly becoming foundational enterprise infrastructure, and forward-looking business leaders are paying close attention. Low-Earth orbit satellite constellations are delivering high-speed, low-latency connectivity to parts of the globe that fiber and 5G will not reach for decades. Earth observation satellites are feeding AI models with real-time data on agriculture, supply chains, environmental conditions, and geopolitical events. And the emerging space economy is creating entirely new categories of commercial opportunity that don't yet appear on most strategic roadmaps. Tech Impact brings these conversations down to earth. Legal and compliance functions have historically been treated as necessary costs: slow, reactive, and difficult to scale. AI is fundamentally challenging that assumption. Contract intelligence platforms are reviewing thousands of documents in the time it previously took a team weeks to process dozens. Regulatory change management systems are monitoring global compliance requirements and flagging issues before they become violations. AI-assisted due diligence is accelerating M&A timelines. And litigation prediction models are helping legal teams make smarter decisions about which cases to settle and which to fight. TECH Impact is exploring how forward-thinking organizations are using AI to transform legal and compliance from overhead into competitive intelligence. The most powerful technology is the kind you stop noticing. Ambient computing is the shift from devices you interact with to environments that respond to you, seamlessly, intelligently, and without friction. Smart buildings that adjust to occupant behavior. Retail environments that personalize the shopping experience in real time. Healthcare facilities that monitor patient status passively and alert care teams before conditions deteriorate. Warehouses that coordinate human and robotic workers through intelligent spatial awareness. The infrastructure for ambient computing is already being built. The organizations leading that deployment are redefining what a physical space can do. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. One of the most underappreciated bottlenecks in enterprise AI is not compute power or model architecture. It is data. Specifically, the shortage of labeled, high-quality, privacy-compliant training data that organizations actually need to build reliable production models. Synthetic data is changing that equation. By generating artificial datasets that mirror the statistical properties of real-world data without exposing sensitive information, organizations can train models faster, test edge cases that rarely appear in real data, and build AI systems in highly regulated industries where real data sharing is simply not possible. AI Impact™ is tracking where synthetic data is unlocking AI potential that was previously out of reach. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. This is the conversation most enterprise technology leaders are not having yet. That is precisely why Tech Impact is having it now. Brain-computer interface technology is moving faster than most boardrooms realize. Medical applications are already in clinical use, restoring communication to patients with paralysis. Consumer wellness applications are emerging. And the long-term implications for how humans interact with computing systems and how AI augments human cognition directly are profound enough that technology leaders need a grounded, early understanding of where this is heading. Tech Impact exists to bring the frontier into focus before it arrives. Nationally televised on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business Network. Want to explore a guest segment?
