If i'm a founder of a seed - series c start up
And i'm hiring for an AE, there are really 3 things i'm looking for here (in order):
1. It factor. Trust your gut, you can tell when someone has it and when someone doesn't
2. Good quota attainment and success at previous companies. Ideally, dig in here during the interview process. Ideally, multiple promos at 1 or 2 stints and a couple 3 year stints
3. Domain expertise. Not needed but a really nice
