During lunch my coworker goes to another coworker that is already sitting down in our break room, sits with him, chats, then touches his leg shortly as she gets up to get her food and sit back down

I get that being affectionate with people there can be physical contact but I’m more used to like shoulder pats or hugs or stuff- touching their leg seems a bit weird
Like I would NOT want coworkers or even a lot of friends touching my leg that’s just weird to touch
