I don’t know who needs to hear this but if a woman says “I’m looking for my king so I can relax into my divine feminine” you need to run the other way

Should you avoid “ultra processed” foods like Oikos Pro yogurts? Do artificial sweeteners and colors matter for your health? Well, it depends on your goals. Here’s what you need to know
Did you know this is ultraprocessed? Despite the name "Mixed Berry," there are zero actual berries in this - it's faked with lab-made "natural flavors" and juice concentrates for color. The processing destroys the natural preservation environment of real yogurt, creating a breeding ground for mold and yeast - forcing them to add a chemical preservative just to keep it shelf stable.

The best fat-loss strategies are basic. Walk more Eat more protein Track your calories Sleep at least 7 hours Stick to the same meals But executing simple strategies at a high level takes years of experience. But once you master them, the results take care of themselves.

Take your shirt off. Look in the mirror. Is the reflection you see the man you want to be? If the answer is no, that's going to show up everywhere. Your energy, your confidence, how you walk into a room. Here's the truth: you can get into the best shape of your life in your 40s. Lean. Strong. Abs. No TRT. No sketchy peptides. Just the right system, built for men over 40.

Two questions we’ll answer in this video: 1) What is “orthosomnia” 2) Should YOU use a sleep tracker? My clients often ask me if they should buy a sleep tracker - especially when they see I’ve been using an Oura Ring since 2019 Here’s what you need to know
Replying to @BowTiedPhys
Thoughts on orthosomnia? Do you think its a real concern? Anecdotally can see sleep improving w/out the tracker, but I can't make the move to no data at all yet

“I take Cialis but not for sex”
I take Cialis, but not for sex. It’s actually a longevity medicine. Cialis (Tadalafil) is great for the same reason it gives you fantastic erections… it improves blood flow. Studies show that Tadalafil… 34% reduced all-cause mortality 27% reduced major heart disease 34% reduced stroke 32% reduced dementia It has also shown benefit in insulin sensitivity, metabolic health, and reduction of body fat. Women have blood vessels too, so theoretically they'd get the same longevity upside. The research is thinner, but early signals are promising. It’s sad that when men and women could benefit from it can miss out because it’s taboo. My protocol is 5mg daily and I've been on it for about two years. *Observational research shows associations, not causation. Outcomes may be influenced by underlying differences in study populations. This is not medical advice and is shared for informational purposes only.

It’s 2026 and guys are still confused about training their abs. If you think an “Abs Class” is a good idea, but you’d never do a “10-Minute Chest” routine or “5-Minute Biceps” Then watch this to learn the most underrated way of developing your abs.
What’s the most UNDERRATED abs exercise?

Most men don't have a 6-pack. Most men can't do 5 pull-ups in a row. Most men can't bench press their bodyweight. While it's good to hold yourself to high standards, don't let social media fool you into thinking everyone has an elite level of fitness.

Sometimes when I train No Gi jiujitsu (shorts, rash guard, no belt), I get paired up with a cocky white or blue belt. And they proceed to correct my technique and give me advice. And I just go along with it and pretend I’m new. Then when it comes to sparring, I completely dominate the shit out of them. I don’t do anything rude or abusive. Just utter domination. Afterward, they have this look of defeat in their eyes wondering what the hell happened. Thats when I calmly tell them my belt level. Done like this, it’s a beautiful lesson in humility that could never be learned through words alone. That’s what’s missing on this app. Too many guys in the comments trying to argue and debate their way to expertise instead of building undeniable skill through client results. It’s not giving your power away to be humble. Ask questions, be curious, put in the work and stop trying to argue your way to relevance. I’m happy to help if you ask. Work with clients and share the results they get. That’s what will get you the respect and success you want. (Also, the white belt shown here didn’t do any of that.

Fun fact: a blue whale’s anus can stretch to approximately 3 and a half feet, making it the second largest asshole on the planet. Just behind health influencers who say you can’t lose fat if you’re eating carbs.
