Almost 100km hiked in Grand Canyon, Zion, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Incredible views and landscapes.
Also played US state license plate game across 6,000km…48 out of 50. Found HI twice, but couldn’t come up with DE or WV!

34yrs ago today, I walked into a corner store in Baddeck, NS and heard on radio that Gretzky had been “traded” - I was 13. Distraught, I wanted my Dad to cancel the rest of our holiday.
And here I am again…back in front of said store with my 13yr old son!

Exciting day yesterday as my wife wrapped up her 20th and final radiation treatment at the Cross Cancer Institute. I’m so proud of how she’s faced the last 6 months head on with such a positive attitude. Thanks to all of the amazing staff who’ve treated her like gold. #Grateful
