1. Electronic Engineer, Logistics Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 6–12M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/059…
Overview:
Responsible for electrical design of logistics robots, including circuit design/verification for communication interfaces (CAN-FD, USB, ADC, SPI), motor control, and solenoid valve control; development of simple firmware (STM32/Arm Cortex); and coordination with PCB manufacturers. We welcome candidates with experience using Altium who can independently drive everything from electrical system implementation and troubleshooting to productization and mass production.
2. Hardware Engineer, Logistics Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 6–12M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/728…
Overview:
Own mass-production design for next-generation logistics robots across spec definition, mechanical design, prototyping, manufacturing transfer, and QA. Work includes component selection and mechanism design (e.g., DC motors and air cylinders), 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks), and involvement in production processes and BoM management. We welcome candidates with a strong record in reliable product design, hands-on mass-production ramp experience, the ability to identify/resolve hardware issues, and the autonomy to drive development in a fast-paced environment.
3. Head of Hardware Engineering, Humanoid Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 10–20M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/4ad…
Overview:
Lead hardware design management for a general-purpose humanoid (including a dual-arm mobile manipulator), covering mechanical design, sensor/electrical integration, and design optimization for manufacturability and cost. We welcome candidates with integrated knowledge to lead the development of actuator modules that combine BLDC motors, reducers, and electrical systems; hands-on experience in mechanism design for manipulation; and broad understanding of robot hardware architecture.
4. Robotics Foundation Model Engineer, Foundation Model Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 6–12M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/b9e…
Overview:
Design, train, and implement large-scale multimodal models (VLA: Vision Language Action) for robotics foundation models to realize autonomous robot behavior in real environments. Utilize diverse data from our teleoperation platform to develop highly generalizable behavior policies. Lead end-to-end from data processing and model design to on-robot deployment and optimization. Experience building large-scale models or integrating them with robot control is welcomed.
5. Robotics Automation Perception Engineer, Logistics Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 6–12M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/e78…
Overview:
Develop perception systems using deep learning and computer vision to build automation systems with proprietary hardware. Acquire and analyze sensor data, and lead safe, stable product implementation. Experience with object detection, 3D reconstruction, and AI using PyTorch and OpenCV is welcomed. Knowledge of ROS, C , camera calibration, and motion planning is a plus.
6. Lead Backend Engineer, System & Application Team (Annual salary: approx. JPY 6–15M)
jobs.lever.co/tx-inc.com/9e3…
Overview:
Design, develop, and operate products that support robot control for remote operators and in-store staff. Responsibilities include real-time data streaming with robots in the field, cloud operations, API design, and CI environment setup to build scalable and maintainable systems. Proficiency with .NET, Blazor, Terraform, Terragrunt, and PaaS/IaaS; knowledge of Azure, WebRTC, and Kubernetes; and experience in user-centered design and TDD are all welcomed.
