MASK BAN IN NEW YORK—@GovKathyHochul proposed a new mask ban in NY. She specifically cited how the pandemic repealed the old ban, but now she wants to restore the old pre-pandemic ban. But reading further—it seems to suggest she wants a ban on “face coverings that don’t serve a purpose”. Does that mean it will have a STRONG MEDICAL EXEMPTION?
