When you do this, you believe you control the outcome. 4: No Skipped Workouts - Daily Habits Win. You can’t work out some of the time. Set a schedule. Have a plan. Then, go at it with persistence and relentless consistency. 5: Positive Attitude - You can always control your energy and attitude. Make sure it is positive energy. A good attitude will leave you with no regrets. 6: Show Gratitude - Many people are involved in your commitment and your athletic experience—especially your parents. Be thankful for the time and resources they put in for you. Show gratitude.
