Was reminded by the great quote βyour product roadmap is the prototype of your strategyβ today. I think in the NHS weβre guilty of expecting the strategy to be defined and passed down by some other entity but we should all be part of defining and driving it.

First day back at work today and despite my computer thinking itβs the 1st September it hasnβt been too painful. Already some exciting chats about how to create a βserviceβ function. I sleep now :) #kidneytransplant#backtowork
Next week Iβll be starting a slow return to my role @NHSEngland following my recovery from kidney donation surgery. I am anxious as a lot of things have shifted in this period in terms of roles and structures. I hope I can find a place & help bring value soon #whoamiandwhatdoido
I had the flu jab Wednesday and Iβve been in bed with a rotten cold since Friday eve - a delayed reaction or I ironically got the flu when going for the jab!? Either way itβs sucks.
Week 9 of recovery and my partner brought covid home from a work trip! Trying to separate but I donβt think Iβve escaped it.. my whole body hurts for starters. #kidneydonor#kidneytransplant
Week 6 recovery and Iβm finally starting to feel a bit more like myself again. Had a rocky start but things feel calm - letβs hope this is the turning point. #kidneytransplant#livekidneydonor
This #OrganDonationWeek, meet Imogen Levy. She gave a kidney to her brother Graeme, after he fell ill from Chronic Kidney Disease.
The donation and transplant took place last month at Guy's Hospital - which is the UK's leading centre for living donor kidney transplants.
ALT A photo of Imogen Levy on the left and her brother Graeme on the right. Imogen has pink curly shoulder length hair tied in a blue and pink hairband and wears a black sleeveless top. Graeme is sitting in a blue hospital chair and wears black glasses and a grey T-shirt. Behind them is a blue hospital curtain which is drawn. A hospital chart and blue gloves are in white containers on the wall. Both are smiling.
Itβs week 5 recovery after donating a kidney to my brother who has kidney disease. The transplant was a success but itβs a long road for him as he navigates this next phase & hopefully return to some normality. Iβm proud to have given him a chance at a new life #OrganDonationWeek
