One of the youths climbed on a bridge support and was endangering drivers & himself as he leaned out toward traffic. He refused to comply with police orders to get down. PPB later arrested him, as shown here when another teen, empowered by crowd, tried to stop the arrest.

Fact check: Juvenile refused to comply w/orders to get off bridge support he climbed on. He was causing drivers to slam on their breaks as he leaned out. PPB arrested him later, which another teen tried to prevent.
