Lady rescued after 4 years of being Chained and locked inside the house by her Brother Over a Business dispute A woman was reportedly rescued from captivity in the Mpape area of Maitama Extension, Abuja, after allegedly being chained and locked inside a dark room by her brother for four years following a dispute over a cement business they started together. According to an eyewitness account, the woman’s brother allegedly declared her mentally unstable and confined her in a room to prevent her from claiming her share of the business. The situation came to light when a man fetching water near the compound heard unusual sounds coming from a locked room. Alarmed by what he heard, he alerted members of the community, who forced their way into the room and found the woman chained inside. She was subsequently rescued and rushed to a hospital for medical attention, as she was unable to walk after years of alleged confinement. The eyewitness further claimed that the woman’s daughter had gone missing and alleged that the brother was responsible for the child’s disappearance alleging that the child may have been used for ritual purposes. However, these claims remain unverified.

My Take as an Imistar on the Faith & Imisi Situation For the sake of argument, let’s assume Faith’s allegations against Imisi are true, even though I personally believe Imisi may have been too comfortable around him during Week 1, which could have contributed to the situation. Most of the incidents Faith referenced allegedly happened in Week 1. If he genuinely felt sexually harassed or assaulted, why didn’t he report it to Biggie at the time? More importantly, why did he spend Week 2 apologizing to Imisi and trying to rebuild their friendship? By Week 2, Imisi had already made it clear that she wanted nothing to do with him and had moved on from the situation. Yet, Faith seemed to be the one making efforts to reconnect. If someone was truly making you uncomfortable or harassing you, wouldn’t you be relieved when they distanced themselves? Naturally, you would want to avoid any further interaction with that person. I’m also not pleased with how Imisi handled herself during the reunion. However, people react differently under pressure, and our backgrounds often influence how we communicate. She may not have realized that expressing herself more calmly and clearly could have helped her address the allegations more effectively instead of shouting. Another thing that stands out to me is that Faith never raised the issue of sexual harassment while they were in the house. That makes me wonder whether he leaned into that narrative later because it was already being discussed by fans outside the house. In conclusion, I feel Faith used his strong communication skills and ability to influence opinions to shape this narrative in his favor. It’s unfortunate that many people seem to have accepted it without questioning some of the inconsistencies. At the end of the day, this is only a reunion. Imisi already won the prize, played her game, and appears to be doing well outside the house. If Faith and his supporters believe she sexually harassed him, that is their opinion. As viewers, we also witnessed moments where Faith came across as aggressive, manipulative, and controlling, and those observations are just as valid in shaping people’s perceptions of him. #bbnaija #bbnaijareunion

Some of you can’t rewrite history with this guy, because he is well articulated and can coin his words properly doesn’t mean we didn’t know what we watched and saw for over 70 days Imisi was literally like that towards those she was closed to including kuture, which we all knew was part of the joking and playful side she brought on the show But Faith constantly bullied her and ended up getting himself disqualified, and his disqualification happened also because of same bully attitude towards another female housemate, so I’m sorry history can’t be rewritten here !! #BBNaijaReunion ✍️

Faith is a walking red flag and a Narcissist. Imisi couldn’t articulate her words? Yes But that doesn’t take away the fact and truth. Faith deserves whatever he got in the house and he is an egoistic short man who looks down on others. #BBNaijareunion
