Many are missing the point. While the $8-$15k paid by some for FSD outright hurts, the real issue is the full purchase price of the car. The only answer is retrofit or full refund of the car, for ALL CARS. Because anything else falls short of the promise that @elonmusk and @tesla made that these cars would be able to do unsupervised FSD. My 2022 Model 3 Long Range only replaced my 2015 Model S 85D because I was led to believe I would be able to use the subscription that was available to have it drive itself autonomously some day in the future. This is $54k of ill-gotten revenue in Q4 2021. All customers must be made right, not just those that purchased the feature.

Look, I'm out here fairly frequently saying the "Xbox tax" is cope from Xbox fanboys dealing with their dying platform. BUT. This is objectively weird. If any property was strange being platform exclusive, it's a Marvel property created by a third party. It makes all the sense in the world that Gears, created by a competing first party, stays on their own platform only. The only inconsistency is that they brought the original Gears over at all. It should definitely give PlayStation owners pause before getting invested in any Xbox series on PlayStation as a result of the scatterbrained 3rd party strategy, but clearly Xbox should do whatever they like with their own IP.

They've accepted Flareon into service, and holy crap, must be a lead time on that battery pack. Parts have been in transit since 5/18, and they told me the swap should only take a day. Guess they're gonna get me really used to AI4 so I won't want to go back, HA!

Flareon has been dropped off for her heart transplant. My loaner is this beautiful 2026 Model 3 Long Range for the next couple days. Going to look forward to putting AI4 through the FSD paces when I'm used to HW3 at 12.6.4 for the last year and a half. I'll give impressions as they occur 🤙
