How to get a fast and high-quality response from any support: π
Nobody likes to contact support for anything.
- you don't get a timely response
- issues take too long to be solved
- you might have to explain yourself multiple times
Here are four tips how you (as a customer) can ensure to get the best treatment and your issues fixed asap:
1. Always remember that there's a person on the other side. Treat them like one. Keep calm, say hello, thank you and good bye.
2. Be as precise as possible when describing your issue. Start with what you want to achieve, what your issue is, and describe what is not working. After that, add all information that might be interesting.
3. Ask, don't demand. Customer support is there to help you. But it's still nice to be asked for help than "forced" to, isn't it?
4. Provide a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce your problem. Maybe even making a quick video?
