Lucas effed up the Jedi uniform? LUCAS CREATED THE JEDI. Whatever he decides is instantly the way it is. We don’t get a say. Everything since Obi-Wan in ep IV points to the Jedi wearing robes as a uniform. Ben’s seems to be a combo of Jedi robe and farmer garb, which makes sense.
It has to be Lucas and the costume department f***ing up the Jedi uniform. Which was never, ever supposed to be the rough-spun garb that Ben Kenobi wears on Tatooine. Luke's black outfit in Return of the Jedi is the real uniform. I don't care what the prequels portrayed.

I love these lads and I recognize I’m not a pro and don’t know what they go through. That said, I’ve seen them throw everything they have at teams, and unless they are laboring under intense injuries I cannot see, they did not do that tonight after the 1st.
