One of the worst customer care experiences with @JioMart @JioMart_Support. I ordered from JioMart and received a damaged item, and some items were missing. It took me almost an hour to connect with customer care, and after that, they simply said they would get back to me in 72hrs

I reached out to the Reliance store to exchange the product, but they denied it and asked me to connect with Jio support. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with JioMart. I would never recommend it to anyone. Really disappointing service!

I Applied for my health insurance claim with all proper documents and they said ok claim is approved but after few days i got an email from Niva Bupa and they are asking for one of the treatment detail which was just a test and After test doctor advised no treatment needed for this.
But still @Niva_Bupa asking me for this treatment details and because of this my claim is pending
what is this behaviour ?
I am trying to co-operate with all details which i have but still if they don't approve my claim i am going to make a video about this because this is a kind of Scam.
I already paid my three years premium in advance and got this service !
