@coopuk I was just telling my mother(75) about the experience, and she said “he wasn’t called Gary was he?”. He told her to take her heavy basket off the other side of the till because she was struggling and shouted at another member of staff when a magazine wouldn’t scan.

When she wanted a top up for Dad’s phone, he had a go at her cause he was too busy and asked her to leave and come back later, or go elsewhere. She’s the kindest ever and just gets abused when he’s in a bad mood. Personally I think it’s disgusting. You?

@coopuk honestly I’m sorry to be complaining again but I’ve just taken a parcel to a drop off shop where Gary, the CSA, had no idea what he was doing, told me to go away and get a proper label, not a drop off QR code (as instructed) and then was just arsey as hell when I helped.

I always go to this branch as my parents live close (Wayside Co-Op) but this experience has made me want to drive anywhere but there. All I said was shall I put it out of the way, and lifted it up so they didn’t have to bend over, and the short, sharp response was plainly rude.

Honestly @Apple . I pay you ÂŁ20 a month for my AppleCare on devices, in addition to my contract, and now my phone barely makes a sound. Half the time calls just fail quicker than I can dial them, what is going on???? #ios17 #iphone13

Just had a horrible experience at Sovereign Square @coopuk, CSA F’ing and blinding cause someone hasn’t done the work before him. All I wanted was a pack of batteries, and never felt like such an imposition in my life. Won’t be going back to that one, maybe Phil needs a holiday.
