The Chinese are just as maliciously subversive as the jews when it comes to slandering White people and intentionally “confusing” them with blacks

Drinking at the beach is one of life’s peak experiences and some people just are straight up scared of alcohol or a cold beer or a glass of white/red wine (depending on the mood) here and there
The Power of Holding Conflicting “Beliefs” / The Fragility of Optimization We have all of these rules, laws, principles that we want to improve our life, get healthier, that we know work, right? We want to make sure we're not looking at screens, eating well, make sure our sleep is good… But then there's the more esoteric, magical side, which is almost like a reversal of these things: not becoming SO optimized that if you have a glass of wine when you're out with your buddies, that ruins everything for three days - simply because you've read that “alcohol ruins my sleep” and now I just feel bad. In all of these aspects of things, there is your ability to transmute and almost ignore reality (if it's something negative). Anything “negative” that you have to experience, or is unavoidable or unchangeable — you should just intentionally become delusionally optimistic about it, reject the negative and not even register it in your reality. That way it's almost like claiming that your spirit, soul, energy and your mind are higher than the appearance of this physical reality that may be imposing these small things on you - which is true! Obviously, you need to first have this idea of optimizing everything; knowing what's good for you, knowing what's bad. You can’t slop seed oils every day and try to mindset it out. But then there's also this other side, which is: no matter what happens, I'm going to be insanely delusional and just ignore the things that I don't want to be part of my reality. And it works - it’s really interesting. For the most part, my life is set up so that 90% of it is this good, healthy stuff that we know makes you feel absolutely elite. But then if I have a bit less rest or sleep, I'm still going to go into the gym and expect a very high level of performance. I am choosing to expect a higher level of performance and not believe in the negative side of things. This way, your body will do what it does and feel how it feels - but the limiting factor will never be you worrying about things. That's what we want to eliminate from our perspective on everything when it comes to health. Of course, as with anything you should not take this principle as an opportunity to slack off or become undisciplined, that would also be a mistake. It is such that you should contextually look at your own life and the application of these principles in a positive way and make your own decisions in regard to how you use it.

SHOCKING: The Rwandan immigrant Emmanuel Abayisenga had his asylum application in France rejected repeatedly since he filed it in 2012. Despite the deportation orders, he remained in the country illegally for years. The local priests entrusted him with the keys to the Nantes cathedral, assigning him the task of closing and caring for the building. After he set the cathedral on fire in 2020, destroying the organ and the choir, Father Maire took him into his own home, offering him shelter while awaiting trial. He then murdered Father Maire the following year. Suicidal empathy in a nutshell. Almost unbelievable.

🚨🇬🇧BREAKING: UK Police just arrested a crying 5-year-old boy while taking away his father. Starmer's police dragged the terrified child into a car, then pepper-sprayed and the father and the man filming everything. What the hell is happening in Britain?

I wonder how normies can look at these abominations of “clouds” and say it’s just natural condensation from planes.. You can really tell the IQ of the general population when you observe how clueless they are to their surroundings.
