In two days (31st of May) Mozilla Hubs is shutting down its servers after many years of providing an open source / non commercial alternative for virtual experiences. However since Hubs is an open source project, anyone can host Hubs worlds on private servers.

the exhibition was originally shown at the RIBA gallery in London and explores the links between the evolution of style in architecture and the development of mass media over the past 500 years.

🍃 Realized that all our case studies and blogs on the AltspaceVR website have been removed. So much research... just vanished. Makes you wonder how much content and history of #socialVR is lost through acquisitions and closures.

Spatial computing is the first medium we step into with our entire body. To me this is the truly revolutionary quality of virtual reality.
