Hi Kaz, companies often use software like Slido. It helps you collate questions and they can be voted up by attendees, to gauge popularity.

Today we delivered the left over swag bags from #TheBigYak to a local food bank.
All the left over swag was returned to sponsors as well so nothing wasted and everything re-used!
