- Up to **20%** unlocks on the 2nd trading day after Q2 earnings.
- Extra **10%** if stock stays 30% above IPO price for 5 of the next 10 days.
- **7%** tranches unlock at 70 / 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 days post-IPO.
- Another **28%** after Q3 earnings.
- Remainder at **180 days**.
Elon Musk certain major investors: full **366-day** lockup.
These rules apply to pre-IPO insiders & early shareholders. Regular retail buyers on the open market have **no lockup**.
