With 2 weeks to Xmas, the bakery is very busy. Breads tomorrow include wholemeal loaves, and oaty bread, but most things are sold.

Friday’s breads include white bloomers, floured wholemeal loaves, malthouse bloomers, oaty bread, walnut bread, and fruit teacakes later.
Thursday’s breads include white rolls, malthouse bloomers, spelt sourdough, and spiced wholemeal fruit teacakes.

Saturday’s breads include croissants and pain au chocolat , floured wholemeal loaves, malthouse bloomers, white rolls, and oven bottom flutes.
