Most people who came way after me in practise are already acting as Magistrates and it really confuses me because in my view, they really have no experience to act, let alone be permanently appointed as Magistrates.
The system is riddled with a lot of Magistrates who don’t know what they are doing, with respect.

Two ways in which the process will resume, dismissing the urgent interdict or the merits of the review application.
Yes and ‘interim’ means a delay in the interim. Otherwise why bring the interdict? The point stands that the goal is now not merely to review the report, but to halt Parliament in the meantime.
