14 June 1995. Irish-born Rory Gallagher died (aged 47). He was often referred to as "the greatest guitarist you’ve never heard of”. He was voted Guitarist of The Year by Melody Maker magazine in 1972 and 57th greatest guitarist of all time by Rolling Stone magazine in 2015.

My daughter is suffering from meningitis,
and her tiny body has been exhausted by pain and illness.
My heart aches for my little girl, Aysel,
who is lying in the hospital fighting this disease.
I feel helpless watching her suffer and terrified for her every moment
