National Gov - commissions report to prove LTNs are unpopular. Supresses report after it finds people like them.
Tower Hamlets council - holds ballot so people can vote to remove LTNs. Ignores the will of the people after they vote to keep them.
The public are such a nuisance.

The Manze chain of shops was established in the early 1900s by Michaele Manze.
Michaele’s brother, Pantaleone, opened this Grade II listed shop on Deptford High Street. His descendants continue to run the business to the present day!

This was the first residential tower block to be built in Britain. 🏢
Situated in Harlow, Essex, 'The Lawn' was part of master planner Frederick Gibberd’s scheme to house 60,000 people in the New Town.
The block even received a Ministry of Health Housing medal in 1952.

In 2024 it will be 20 years since the #ScottishParliament Building opened and roughly 18 years since I first learnt about the work of #EnricMiralles at @KU_Arch_Land - yesterday I finally got to visit the building and WOW!

What a tour de force of subtle symbolism wrapped up in seamless and sinuous detailing. A spatial odyssey designed to remind politicians of democratic duty. A rare treat to find a building of comparatively tender age feeling as fresh and dynamic as I expect it did when completed.
