Today's preview for the #Robotech #RPG concerns the development of new materials. In many cases, it's not just our intent as an RPG to cover what already exists but also expand the world's scope for further adventures. To build out the world and not just the story. Here, you can see the concept process for the Haydonite Ghoul otherwise known as the Assassin Drone before its final render by Fran. No less than four different artists have contributed to the shared development of the design with work by Tim Grulke, Mier Automata and Steven Lyons. The Assassin, or β€œGhoul,” as it’s known, stands taller than a Thrall at 7m but is incredibly thin. It features the same basic design pattern of the Thrall before it but is more humanoid, with a distinguishable head, and its oversized forelimbs separate out into two large, elongated claws. Ghouls are extremely agile and carry heavier weapons than belies its stature. The Ghoul has two rapid-fire Induction Cannons built into its arms between its clawed hands. The Ghoul is not a typical combat mecha but is primarily designed to serve as a mechanized assassin, singling out specific targets Infiltrators are unable to deal with and eliminating them. Stay tuned for more.

While on holiday I’m rewatching #TheExpanse and all the Belter language is coming back to me! Haha

Last week I finished reading my first Wheel Of Time book I purchased. As a fantasy fan I’m amazed I hadn’t read this before, the length of the series I found daunting, but it’s amazing, the world building phenomenal. Can’t wait for books two!

Read The Flight Of The Eisenstein and what a damn great #40K story, from the #warhammer world! I loved Nathaniel Garrow’s story, and Mortarian is such an interesting Primarch!

"Bloodsport" debuted in theatres today back in 1988. The film starred Jean-Claude Van Damme, FUN FACT | The film was a huge success and spawned 3 additional films - none of which featured Van Damme. #80s #80smovies @jcvd

X-Files was also great on the cinema screen, Fight The Future is still brilliant.

X-Files doesn’t need a reboot, the new show should be a continuation. I’m all for new X-Files, but new NOT reboot.

Whether you are a person of faith or not...this is an extraordinary thing to hear.
James Van Der Beek’s final message to the world is one of the most powerful things I have ever heard. Stop whatever you are doing and listen to this! πŸ₯Ί
