Today's preview for the #Robotech#RPG concerns the development of new materials. In many cases, it's not just our intent as an RPG to cover what already exists but also expand the world's scope for further adventures. To build out the world and not just the story. Here, you can see the concept process for the Haydonite Ghoul otherwise known as the Assassin Drone before its final render by Fran. No less than four different artists have contributed to the shared development of the design with work by Tim Grulke, Mier Automata and Steven Lyons.
The Assassin, or βGhoul,β as itβs known, stands taller than a Thrall at 7m but is incredibly thin. It features the same basic design pattern of the Thrall before it but is more humanoid, with a distinguishable head, and its oversized forelimbs separate out into two large, elongated claws. Ghouls are extremely agile and carry heavier weapons than belies its stature. The Ghoul has two rapid-fire Induction Cannons built into its arms between its clawed hands. The Ghoul is not a typical combat mecha but is primarily designed to serve as a mechanized assassin, singling out specific targets Infiltrators are unable to deal with and eliminating them.
Stay tuned for more.

Last week I finished reading my first Wheel Of Time book I purchased. As a fantasy fan Iβm amazed I hadnβt read this before, the length of the series I found daunting, but itβs amazing, the world building phenomenal. Canβt wait for books two!
Read The Flight Of The Eisenstein and what a damn great #40K story, from the #warhammer world! I loved Nathaniel Garrowβs story, and Mortarian is such an interesting Primarch!
