MLB Teams lost $1.8 Billion in 2025. That’s $60M per Club. By comparison? NFL Teams averaged $151M in operating profit last season.
Points to how unrealistic the MLBPA opening proposal was for Owners.
In seeing the proposal, I’m now more concerned we’ll have a lockout.
