@AmazonHelp, I am so frustrated with your service. Removed an unauthorized user from the card on the 1st, yet they have been charging my card every day! @chase cannot help with it. The amazon rep I connected with was very disrespectful and wasted my time sitting blank on the call

I can't get the app to call me. I asked chat support to call me, and they asked me to wait, but I didn't receive a call. Meanwhile, my card is being used on AMZ and outside. There's no idea how external merchants can charge.

Either @Chase didn't remove the authorized user, or AMZ can't tell that the person has been removed.
