The hardest part of reviewing a PR isn’t the diff. It’s understanding the intent, because otherwise authors struggle with slower first responses, more back-and-forth, and slower delivery.

Having an internal barometer for what level you are playing at and a way to climb levels is super important. Basically, everyone from a frontend engineer to content writer should know what level they are playing at and figure out how to level up. This might be easier for some functions like sales with a clear number as KPI, but I think it becomes the individual's responsibility to discover the levels in their game and devise a climbing strategy. Bigger companies might do this for you, but best not to leave it to chance.

When I click on the Community link on a website, I want to "see" the community immediately like walking into a big room where the members hang out. Instead, I get some copy about how amazing the community is and links to four different places where I might join them. So weak.

🔥🥳 Our platform has processed 10 MILLION incidents while suppressing 99.7% alerts intelligently. Our smart suppression engine did NOT send 10 million alerts (can you imagine ?!!) 🤯 but it smartly detected if a given incident should automatically suppress alerts or not. 🧵

Coffee is overrated as a cognitive enhancer. I've been biohacking to boost cognition for more than a decade. Retweet for the best damned guide to cognitive enhancement the world has ever known. P.S. Adderall didn't even make the list - #7 is way better (must be following)
