To my astrology friends…. I have a new take on the Uranus/Pluto air trine, especially with Pluto (planet of power) in Aquarius, sign of “the masses,” that I would like to share with you. This aspect makes five passages between July 2026 and mid-2028. I think it will mark the shift from the turbulence and coercion the world has experienced that usually marks the ingress of Pluto into any sign, compounded this time with Saturn in Aries as well (2025- early 2028). The latter speaks to the idea of “might and dominance rules,” and the belief by strong political leaders that “might is right.” Also “I will do what I want, and if you are not on board, get out of the way. Get used to it.” Saturn in Aries can be combative and confrontational at the level of highest political leaderships of the world. It can indicate more positive things too, but right now we will focus on the struggles. The masses, symbolized by Uranus and Aquarius, with Aquarius being a sign whose symbol is that of a “human” (unlike others which are mostly animals), rise up like Phoenix from the ashes. This is reflective of Pluto, especially in Aquarius after entering the first 1/8 of a sign, which is usually filled with chaos and disruptions on many levels of human experience. At the 1/8 point of a cycle, people have to decide whether to continue on the path that started with the cycle (as of November 2024 when Pluto finally moved fully into Aquarius), or abort and reset. As I see it, the next two years, starting within 4 months of July 18-21, 2026, when Jupiter aspects the first of five Uranus/Pluto trines, the shift from centralized controls and autocratic leaderships, comes directly into conflict with the Aquarian movement for freedom, independence, and both collective and individual human rights of “the people.” And “the people” start gaining more power because Saturn will begin leaving its midpoint and double sextile to the Uranus and Pluto trine, while Neptune alone will remain in that same midpoint and double sextile with Uranus and Pluto. Saturn represents controls and authority, which wanes. Neptune is the planet of non-violence and vision for peace, which gains in strength from mid 2026. As I see it, the cosmic play is starting in motion, symbolizing a huge shift in power unfolding 2026 through 2028. It’s not just the Technological Renaissance underway with these aspects. It is also a revolution in collective consciousness leading to a reclamation of power (“power to the people”), a new form of geopolitical and global leadership reflecting the basic principles and drives of Aquarius - human rights and freedoms that seem to only exist in the imagination until now. With Neptune at the midpoint of Uranus and Pluto, and double sextile to each, if it can be imagined, it can become real. Get ready for the battle over the soul of humanity - the choice between violence and non-violence (Aries and Neptune) where the latter gains increasing influence and power, mid-2026 thru mid-2028.
