(3/4) Future surveys will continue to monitor sentiment among CANY members, who come from every corner of the industry, and will highlight timely issues.
(2/4) This is our first of what will be quarterly surveys of our members as we work to understand their concerns and continuously find ways to support them.
(2/3) Based on the current pace of licensing to date, we are suggesting that any new expansion should be based on data driven research and at a minimum, should have input from our members, industry operators and stakeholders.

Today, 114 adult-use applications have met all necessary requirements outlined in the Cannabis Law and regulations.
I'm glad @GovKathyHochul can finally publicly admit this. When I sat down with her last year, I expressed my deep concerns about the rollout and begged her to get more involved.

@DonnaLupardo for your unwavering support of our farmers! NY State needs to do this make things right, since the botched rollout is not of their making. We also applaud @SenatorHinchey, @NYSenatorRivera and @SenatorCooney for their support of this action.

NY, with 19 Mil , did $150m in sales. We need to do better. @nys_cannabis@GovKathyHochul
