The 1990's was kinda about females being comfortable expressing themselves in the mainstream. dELiA's was a store/catalog that sold clothes/accessories/room decor/makeup. It wasn't pretensions like THE LIMITED or white bread like Abercrombie. Also, it didn't sexualize girls.👍🏻
