This is the last time I ever fly with @WestJet I have never had such a horrible experience with an airline. The company is in shambles. I would rather pay more to fly with @AirCanada

Hey @Uber why does it take so long to get back to customers? And why do you not have a direct phone number. Obviously if I’m in immediate trouble I’ll call 911 🙄 I bet @lyft had a better way to contact customer support! #ubersucks #uselyft
