Thank you to colleagues @CHFTNHS for a great visit. It was wonderful to meet so many people and learn more about your digital health innovation journey. Some really impressive work making a big difference to both patients and staff.

A great example of partnership working, with staff from both trusts working together to provide a more joined-up service.
