In all my years of cyber education, teaching, research, and experience, I have never heard of anyone blocking a mesh network through node isolation for a mesh that constantly rebuilds and a network topology that has several lines of path.
Uganda successfully neutralised an offline chat app.
Next up: blocking whispers, hand signals, and people talking at boda stages.
A true cyber-defence masterclass. Silicon Valley has firewalls but Uganda has IT students and confidence. Bluetooth never stood a chance. 😂

We are banning social media access for under 16s.

For the first time, I am with President Suluhu on this. Why should she be forced to speak their language? Russia uses its own language, so she would need a translator anyway. Shouldn't she speak Swahili instead, forcing them to need a translator too?
