Well @1creformed was talking about the lOFC specifically, not just brain size in general. Though he's wrong here, because the subsequent Atilano-Barbosa & Barrios 2023 with a larger sample size found no significant difference in thickness, but higher surface area in whites

Brain size famously shrank in Neolithic populations, though if anything they might've increased in intelligence as seen possibly in Akbari. Or at the very least they would've stayed the same! Which implies selection for quality but against quantity in either case

Probably, in my opinion, due to malnutrition, which would've penalized the costs of having large, resource-intensive brains while pressures for intelligence would apparently not decrease during the Neolithic (possibly increasing if anything)

I mean those clearly aren't very good examples, a platonic Brahmin would be like a North Indid not a literal Tamil Nadu Semangoid. So the relationship would still kind of hold regarding N. Indids being Orientaloid long-faces, or Corded doli-hypsi

...and the Cushites Orientalid. If Cushites had been Armenid the same relationship would persist

It's the other way around. The European brachycephalization for example coincided with the Little Ice Age and a simultaneous reduction in height, and has since then recovered in Germans, Americans and Portuguese for example (where studied)
