This is absolutely incredible. Transformative! Awesome work @calebarclay
We're launching Bridge today 🌉 An AI engine that builds virtual homes. Blueprint in, walkable home out. Every plan, every option, structural changes included. What took 3D artists months now takes days. Homebuilders can finally show buyers every home they sell. arcway.ai

People are obviously triggered by the idea of AI generated imagery to the point of stupidity (this was a set up with an original Monet and they got had). I’m sure Monet doesn’t know the difference in this case. Bigger concern for me is AI training on living artists’ art and styles and the potential theft of income for an important segment of society. Art is culture.

Average Saturday night in Kelowna as 2 teens put a couch on two Lime scooters and get pulled over by police 😂 What’s the wildest thing you’ve seen on a Saturday night in Kelowna? 🤔💭

“The have nots, and the have yachts.” Well said. Current CDN government continues to increase bans across the country on affordable natural gas yet they… sell it to other countries that burn it?!🤔all while we have a negative electricity surplus and have to buy it from the US who uses gas and coal among other things to generate it? The whole Liberal government has become a virtue signalling facade that cares more about shaming citizens than making prudent decisions. Really sad to see how beat up the economy continues to get yet these guys have a majority. 🤦‍♂️ the math just doesn’t math.
Enjoy your carbon taxes peasants. There’s the have nots and then there’s the have yachts.

Sequoia's thesis that the next $1T company will sell work, not software, is the most important reframe in AI right now. The argument: if you sell a copilot, you're competing with every new model release. But if you sell the outcome — books closed, contracts reviewed, claims handled — every AI improvement makes your margins better, not your product obsolete. The key insight most people miss: for every $1 spent on software, ~$6 is spent on services. The entire SaaS playbook was about capturing the software dollar. The AI playbook is about capturing the services dollar — at software margins. Not "AI for accountants." The AI accounting firm. Not "AI for lawyers." The AI law firm. The companies that figure this out won't look like SaaS companies. They'll look like services firms rebuilt on software infrastructure. That's a fundamentally different company to build, fund, and scale. And most founders are still building copilots.
