Commanders fan and Pitt Panther. Luv my Caps, Nats and Zards too. I've coached both at the college and hs levels. Stick around, you may learn a thing or two :)
On the way back home from the state track meet. Had to stop and spend some time with my dad. He would’ve been 81 today. Love you dad, I miss you everyday.
Well, if this was my last state meet, I did it coaching a state champ. Kaiya broke her own school record in discus then broke it again today with a 134’ 7” throw. Congrats to her, she worked hard and deserved it.
I’m in Newport News sitting here thinking about how this could be the last state track meet I ever get to coach in. 30 years has flown by. I think about the athletes I’ve coached and what I learned from them and hope they’ve learned from me and not just about track and field.
Give me a starting 22 made up of Pitt’s all-time greatest players, and I’ll beat your all-time team—pro or college—any day of the week.
Only real debate: who lines up next to Tony Dorsett in the backfield? #H2P
