SYMBOLS OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY ❀️ HEART – It symbolizes Mary's maternal love as the Mother of Christ and Mother of the Church. Her Immaculate Heart represents her interior life: her perfect faith, complete obedience to God's will, and her constant desire to lead souls to Jesus. πŸ—‘οΈ SWORD – It recalls the prophecy of Simeon, who told Mary that "a sword will pierce your own soul too" (Luke 2:35). It signifies the profound sorrows she endured in union with Christ, especially as she stood at the foot of the Cross. πŸ”₯ FIRE – It symbolizes that Mary's Heart burns with love: love for God, love for her Son Jesus, and love for every person entrusted to her maternal care. It reflects the intensity of her charity and her desire for the salvation of souls. 🌹 ROSES – They are often understood in Catholic devotion as symbols of Mary's purity, beauty, and virtue. Many also associate them with her Immaculate Conception and perpetual virginity, since the rose has long been a Marian symbol representing the holiness and grace with which God adorned her from the beginning. πŸ’¬ What part of Mary's Immaculate Heart do you need most right now: her purity, her courage, her trust in God, or her motherly love?

"In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph." β€” Our Lady of Fatima (June 13, 1917) πŸ“… June 13: Feast of the Immaculate Heart These words were spoken by Our Lady during the July 13, 1917 apparition at Fatima after she warned of the consequences of sin and called the world to prayer, repentance, and conversion. Her promise was not that suffering would disappear overnight, but that God's plan would ultimately prevail. The triumph of the Immaculate Heart points to the victory of God's grace, the conversion of souls, and the reign of Christ's peace. β€œTell everybody that God gives us graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” β€” St. Jacinta Marto, Fatima (1917) No matter how dark the world may seem, evil will not have the final word. β€œTell everybody that God gives us graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.” β€” St. Jacinta Marto, Fatima (1917) πŸ“… June 13: Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary At Fatima, the Immaculate Heart of Mary was revealed as part of God's plan to lead souls to Jesus and bring about their salvation. On June 13, 1917, Our Lady showed the children her Heart surrounded by thorns, symbolizing the sins and ingratitude that wound her because they offend God and endanger souls. She told Lucia, "Jesus wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart... My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God." The message of Fatima emphasized prayer, especially the Rosary, sacrifice for the conversion of sinners, the First Saturday devotion, and trust in Mary's maternal intercession. As Our Lady promised, "In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph," meaning that God's grace and mercy will ultimately prevail through the mission He entrusted to the Mother of His Son. Jacinta was only a child, yet after encountering Our Lady, she became deeply devoted to prayer, sacrifice, and helping save souls. The Church teaches that God alone is the source of all grace. Mary is neither worshipped nor placed above Jesus. Rather, God lovingly chooses to distribute many graces through her intercession because she is perfectly united to His will. The Immaculate Heart reflects Mary's pure love for God and her constant desire to lead every soul closer to Christ. At Fatima, Heaven's message was simple but urgent: pray, repent, return to God, and do not waste the time still being given for conversion. Saint Jacinta Marto, pray for us. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

🎈 Today, June 13 is also my birthday. πŸŽ‚ πŸ“… June 13: Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and birthday to the devotion of the Immaculate Heart (June 13, 1917) I want to offer all the years of my life, every joy, suffering, blessing, and failure, as a gift to our Mother Mary. I place my past, my present, and all my future years entirely into the hands of God, asking Mama Mary to lay them at the foot of the Cross. I offer my birthday today as a token of love, to help reach souls, to urge them to pray, fast, and make reparation for the conversion of sinners and the salvation of the world. On this very day in 1917, 109 years ago, God sent His Mother to Fatima, Portugal. It was on June 13 that she revealed her Immaculate Heart and introduced to the world devotion to her Immaculate Heart in obedience to the will of God. Some may mock and reject the apparitions. Some even call them fake or demonic. But the historical fact remains: around 70,000 people witnessed the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima in 1917. And the heart of the message was urgent and clear: Pray. Fast. Sacrifice. Make reparation for sin. Mama Mary pleaded with us to pray the Rosary daily, receive the Sacraments, spend time with and receive her Divine Son in the Eucharist, and offer reparation for the sins of the world. She did not come to draw attention to herself. She came to lead us back to Jesus. She also warned: "The final battle between the Lord and the reign of Satan will be about marriage and the family." (Fr. Gabriele Amorth, quoting Sr. Lucia of Fatima) The Five First Saturdays devotion was gifted to us as a way to repair the wounds caused by those who mock, slander, and blaspheme God's most beloved Mother. And God, who defends His Mother with divine justice, gave us this devotion so that we might offer love in return for the hatred she receives. Because the truth is this: πŸ‘‰ The closer you are to Mary, the closer you are to Christ. The more you reject Mary, the more you reject Him. The more you consecrate yourself to Mary, the more you are consecrated to Jesus. Her soul magnifies the Lord. #mothermary #catholic #ourladyatfatima #privaterevelation #immaculateheartofmary

β€œYou are not alone, my child, and you must not be sad. I will be with you always, and my Immaculate Heart will be your comfort and the way which will lead you to God.” β€” Our Lady of Fatima June 13, 1917 πŸ“† June 13: Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary The beauty of this message is found in the moment it was spoken. On June 13, 1917, 10-year-old Lucia dos Santos asked Our Lady whether she and her cousins, Jacinta and Francisco, would go to Heaven. Mary assured her that they would. But then Lucia learned something heartbreaking: Jacinta and Francisco would soon be taken to Heaven, while she would remain on earth. Lucia was devastated. She didn’t want to lose the two people who had shared this extraordinary journey with her. She feared being left behind and carrying the burden of Fatima alone. It was in that moment of fear, grief, and uncertainty that Our Lady comforted her. Mary didn’t promise Lucia an easy life. In fact, Lucia would endure loneliness, misunderstanding, and decades of faithfully spreading Fatima’s message. Instead, she promised something deeper: that she would not walk that path alone. I think many of us know what Lucia felt. We all face seasons we didn’t choose, losses we never expected, and responsibilities that seem too heavy to carry. But Fatima reminds us that Heaven has not abandoned us. God, in His love, has given us a spiritual mother whose entire mission is to lead us closer to Jesus. The Immaculate Heart of Mary isn’t the destination. It is the refuge that points us to the Sacred Heart of Christ. The question is: when life doesn’t unfold the way you hoped, where do you turn for comfort and direction? Someone who feels forgotten may need this reminder today more than we realize.

May I humbly ask for your prayers. β€οΈπŸ™ I've been sick for the past four days and feeling very weak. It's been difficult to make content, but I've been trying to push through because June 12 and June 13 are especially important to me. The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Memorial of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are devotions I have devoted my life to sharing and spreading. I don't know if this illness is simply a cross to bear, or if the Lord is inviting me to unite my sufferings with His in an act of reparation. Either way, I trust that God can bring good from it. June 13 is also my 30th birthday this year, which makes this time feel even more meaningful. Please pray for me, that I may have the strength to finish the videos I've been hoping to complete and carry this cross faithfully. Thank you for your prayers. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

Today, June 12, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. ❀️ The Sacred Heart reveals the love of Christ, who gave Himself completely for our salvation. Through His Passion and death on the Cross, Jesus showed that no suffering, sin, or weakness can separate us from His desire to save us. A Heart burning with love. A Heart pierced for our salvation. A Heart crowned with thorns because of our sins. A Heart that still says: "Come to me." In 1675, during the apparitions to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, Jesus asked that a feast honoring His Sacred Heart be celebrated on the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi as an act of reparation for sin and indifference toward His love. In 1856, Pope Pius IX extended the Feast of the Sacred Heart to the universal Church. Scripture tells us, "God is Love" (1 John 4:8). The Sacred Heart reminds us that God's love is not merely an idea. It is personal. It calls each of us to conversion, trust, and a renewed relationship with Christ. St. John Paul II, a great devotee of the Sacred Heart, said, "This feast reminds us of the mystery of the love of God for the people of all times." In a world that often rejects God or treats Him as unimportant, the Sacred Heart asks a simple but challenging question: Will we return His love with love? No matter how far you've wandered, His mercy is greater. No matter how heavy your cross, His Heart remains your refuge. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. πŸ™ πŸ’¬ What does the Sacred Heart of Jesus mean to you personally?

St. Padre Pio’s Favored Prayer of Petition ‡️ πŸ“… June 12 is the Feast Day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus When someone asks us to pray for a specific intention, many of us turn to familiar prayers like the Rosary, an Our Father, or a simple plea to God. Padre Pio also had a prayer he regularly used when interceding for others. Each day, Padre Pio received countless prayer requests in person and through letters, faithfully bringing these intentions before God. Many later testified to extraordinary graces received through his intercession. The prayer he often prayed was not his own composition. It is traditionally attributed to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, who received revelations concerning devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It is commonly known as the *Efficacious Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus*. Many are drawn to this novena because it entrusts our petitions to the merciful Heart of Christ while surrendering them to God's holy will. As Padre Pio understood, prayer is not a transaction or guarantee, but an act of faith and humility before a loving Father who answers according to what is best for our souls. What follows is the traditional prayer used in this novena, prayed with trust in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and confidence in His mercy: I. O my Jesus, You have said: β€œTruly I say to you, ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you.” Behold, I knock, I seek, and I ask for the grace of (here mention your request) Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory be to the Father… Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. II. O my Jesus, You have said: β€œTruly I say to you, if you ask anything of the Father in My name, He will give it to you.” Behold, in Your name, I ask the Father for the grace of (here mention your request) Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory be to the Father… Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. III. O my Jesus, You have said: β€œTruly I say to you, heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.” Encouraged by Your infallible words, I now ask for the grace of (here mention your request) Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory be to the Father… Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You. O Sacred Heart of Jesus, for whom it is impossible not to have compassion on the afflicted, have pity on us miserable sinners and grant us the grace which we ask of You, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your tender Mother and ours. Amen. Hail, Holy Queen… St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus, pray for us. Amen

On June 11, 2026, the Catholic bishops of the United States joined together during the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' Spring Plenary Assembly in Orlando to entrust our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This historic act was offered in conjunction with the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, asking Christ to pour out His mercy, healing, wisdom, and peace upon the country. Through this consecration, the bishops invited Catholics across the nation to unite in prayer, placing the United States under the loving care of the Heart of Jesus and renewing a spirit of faith, repentance, reparation, and hope. βœοΈπŸ™ Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. #SacredHeartofJesus #Catholic #Consecration #Jesusitrustinyou #USBishops

HOW TO RECEIVE A PLENARY INDULGENCE ON THE FEAST OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS ‡️ πŸ“… Friday, June 12, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, a feast honoring Christ's love and mercy for humanity. On this feast day, the Church grants a plenary indulgence (the full remission of temporal punishment due to sins already forgiven) to the faithful who publicly recite the Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This can be done in a church, with your family, or in a religious community. To receive the indulgence, the usual conditions also apply: ➜ Be free from attachment to all sin, even venial sin ➜ Receive the Sacrament of Confession within about 20 days before or after ➜ Receive Holy Communion, preferably on the feast itself ➜ Pray for the intentions of the Holy Father (such as one Our Father and one Hail Mary) Many Catholics know this feast because of the promises associated with devotion to the Sacred Heart. But at its core is something much simpler. Jesus asks to be loved in return. In a world that often ignores God or pushes Him aside, acts of reparation may seem unnecessary. Yet Catholics believe that love responds to love. The Sacred Heart reminds us that Christ's mercy is always available and that our prayers and sacrifices can be united to His love for the world. This is a beautiful opportunity to return to Confession, receive Our Lord in the Eucharist, and entrust yourself and your family to His Sacred Heart. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. πŸ™ Recite the Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus πŸ™ Most sweet Jesus, whose overflowing charity for men is requited by so much forgetfulness, negligence, and contempt, behold us prostrate before Thy altar, eager to repair by a special act of homage the cruel indifference and injuries to which Thy loving Heart is everywhere subject. Mindful, alas, that we ourselves have had a share in such great indignities, which we now deplore from the depths of our hearts, we humbly ask Thy pardon and declare our readiness to atone by voluntary expiation not only for our own personal offenses, but also for the sins of those who, straying far from the path of salvation, refuse in their obstinate infidelity to follow Thee, their Shepherd and Leader, or, renouncing the vows of their Baptism, have cast off the sweet yoke of Thy law. We are now resolved to expiate each and every deplorable outrage committed against Thee. We are determined to make amends for the manifold offenses against Christian modesty in unbecoming dress and behavior, for all the foul seductions laid to ensnare the feet of the innocent, for the frequent violations of Sundays and holy days, and the shocking blasphemies uttered against Thee and Thy Saints. We wish also to make amends for the insults to which Thy Vicar on earth and Thy priests are subjected, for the profanation, by conscious neglect or terrible acts of sacrilege, of the very Sacrament of Thy Divine Love, and lastly for the public crimes of nations who resist the rights and teaching authority of the Church which Thou hast founded. Would that we were able to wash away such abominations with our blood. We now offer, in reparation for these violations of Thy divine honor, the satisfaction Thou didst once make to Thy eternal Father on the Cross and which Thou dost continue to renew daily on our altars. We offer it in union with the acts of atonement of Thy Virgin Mother and all the Saints and of the pious faithful on earth; and we sincerely promise to make recompense, as far as we can with the help of Thy grace, for all neglect of Thy great love and for the sins which we and others have committed in the past. Henceforth we will live a life of unwavering faith, of purity of conduct, and of perfect observance of the precepts of the Gospel, especially that of charity. We promise to the best of our power to prevent others from offending Thee and to bring as many as possible to follow Thee. O loving Jesus, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our model in reparation, deign to receive the voluntary offering we make of this act of expiation; and by the crowning gift of perseverance keep us faithful unto death in our duty and the allegiance we owe to Thee, so that we may one day come to that happy home where Thou, with the Father and the Holy Spirit, livest and reignest, God, world without end. Amen.

WHY INTERCESSORY PRAYER IS SO POWERFUL St. Gemma Galgani once said the evil one warned her: "You can pray for yourself, but if you pray for others, I will make you pay dearly for it." She didn't stop. The saints understood that praying for others matters. Intercessory prayer is warfare shaped like love. Don't give up praying for the people you love. ❀️‍πŸ”₯ THESE HOLY HEARTS HAVE SHAPED GENERATIONS OF SAINTS Over the next few days, the Church invites us to reflect on three holy hearts that show us how to love and follow God more faithfully. ❀️ JUNE 12 β€” FEAST OF THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS The Sacred Heart of Jesus reminds us that Christ's love is personal, faithful, and without limits. His Heart, pierced on the Cross for our salvation, reveals the depth of God's mercy and His desire to bring every person back to Himself. No matter how far we have wandered, Jesus continues to invite us to trust in Him, receive His forgiveness, and follow Him more closely. "Behold this Heart which has so loved men that It has spared nothing, even to exhausting and consuming Itself in order to testify Its love; and in return, I receive from the greater part only ingratitude, by their irreverence and sacrilege, and by the coldness and contempt they have for Me in this Sacrament of Love." πŸ’™ JUNE 13 β€” MEMORIAL OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY The Immaculate Heart of Mary shows us what it looks like to say "yes" to God, even when the path is difficult. Preserved from original sin by a special grace from God and filled with love for her Son, Mary remained faithful through both joy and suffering. As our spiritual mother, she continues to lead us to Jesus and encourages us to trust in God's plan. "And you yourself a sword will pierce so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed." β€” Luke 2:35 🀍 JUNE 17 β€” MEMORIAL OF THE MOST CHASTE HEART OF ST. JOSEPH The Most Chaste Heart of St. Joseph reminds us that holiness is often found in quiet faithfulness. Joseph listened to God, protected the Holy Family, and fulfilled his responsibilities with humility and courage. Though Scripture records none of his spoken words, his actions reveal a man who loved deeply and obeyed God without hesitation. Three hearts. Three examples of holiness. The Sacred Heart teaches us how to love. The Immaculate Heart teaches us how to trust. The Chaste Heart teaches us how to remain faithful. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us. Most Chaste Heart of St. Joseph, pray for us. ❀️ Which of these devotions has had the biggest impact on your faith journey?
