Bad days are God’s message to change your life. Awful days are God’s message that success is close.

Running a business solo means wearing every hat. Email, scheduling, meeting prep, admin, follow-ups. It never stops. How one founder replaced 16 hours of weekly operations with just 3 hours using an AI assistant connected to Google Workspace. naurra.ai

What if one conversation could replace 10 tabs? That's the idea behind Naurra.ai, an AI assistant that handles your entire Google Workspace. - Ask it about your data. - Tell it to schedule a meeting. - Draft an email. One conversation. Every tool. Zero friction.

🚀 Built a real-time voice agent without VAPI or Retell and cut costs by ~70%. Custom end-to-end stack: streaming STT→LLM →TTS, ultra-low latency, barge-in support. Agent responds in under a second and feels natural to talk to. Custom AI stacks win when margins matter 💪🤖

I came from Argentina to the USA with $200, a dream, and a suitcase. A decade has passed and I have become one of the wealthiest and most influential men sub 30 in the world. What did it take to go from nothing to everything? 1) unwavering dedication to self improvement 2) always being the poorest guy in the room (even with millions in the bank) 3) monetize social media not consume 4) networking and events every single year to expand connections and learn 5) married and stayed with one woman. Dating, hooking up, picking up girls is a waste of time energy and money. 6) ignored the advice of my parents all the time even if it meant being "disrespectful". 7) 18hr days of focused work for years and years with no breaks and no results 8) lived below my means and never flexed to look rich. First car purchased for 30k after 10M liquid achieved. 9) never partied or went out until I was a millionaire. Nothing to celebrate if you're broke. 10) focused on following the teaching of Jesus Christ the greatest to ever play the game of life. 11) mindset of abundance and never scared to bet on myself and my dreams 12) I went all in on the right niches. I started an online business early and focused my profits on investing (I remember in the COVID crash I put all my money in crypto when ETH was sub $100) I only had 3 months of rent left. 13) Never spoke negatively about myself 14) learned the key skills to wealth which are sales, financial literacy, marketing, supply chain management & business operations 15) Never settled for an "average" life ----- People are dealt different cards but everyone chooses how they want to play

Client asked if we could automate their entire proposal process. We automated just the data extraction part. 3 days of work → 90% time reduction → $180K/year saved. The trick isn’t building more automation. It’s knowing which 10% of the workflow drives 90% of the ROI.

Ever notice how AI automation projects fail not because the model’s wrong—but because the workflow around it assumes perfection? Every time I design a pipeline, I assume the model will fail ~10% of the time. Then I build the system so those 10% don’t break everything. That’s where reliability lives.

A client once asked me to make their AI 'more creative.' But in automation, creativity is usually a bug — not a feature. The goal isn’t novelty. It’s consistency. Predictability. Repeatable value. Save the creativity for the design team — not the data extraction pipeline.

Curious: how are you deciding *which AI model* to use for each automation step? I’ve seen teams pick GPT-4 for everything, even when Claude or Gemini does 90% as well for half the cost. In my builds, each task gets its own model — accuracy where it matters, cheaper speed where it doesn’t.

A client once asked if we could add 'one more model' to improve accuracy. We removed one instead. The result: fewer failures, 30% faster processing, and everyone stopped getting 2am error alerts. Sometimes the best AI upgrade is subtraction.
