We love this short book – A Technique for Producing Ideas, published by James Webb Young in 1939. His five-step method for producing ideas: 1. Gather the raw materials 2. Work over the materials in your mind 3. Incubate the idea 4. Have the β€˜Ah ha!’ moment 5. Share and refine
