This weekend I got my hair done for an event and the woman doing it started singing along with Mariah Carey’s “Emotions”, except only the super high whistle tone parts that can open garage doors.
When it ended, she shook her head. “Such talent,” she said. “Shame she’s dead.”

I can now confidently say that I was named after someone who went on national television and sang “I Feel The Earth Move” while dressed as a lemur, and you know what? Life makes a tiny bit more sense now.

My time on @jeopardy was a dream. It’s run by the kindest people in show business — everyone in the building wants you to succeed. The vibe is infectious. Shoutout in particular to Lauri and Laura, the contestant coordinators, who took amazing care of all of us.
