Why in the world would you use THIS picture to articulate what is otherwise a valid point?! Yes, flops and “hair fouls” should be penalized. But this is the exact opposite. 1) Keaton Wagler was assaulted on this play (see photo) and 2) the refs didn’t call a foul here regardless of the head movement. Google harder man. #illini
