So many introverts do not like participatory retreats and I wish y’all could understand this. I am one if these people.
Not everyone wants or needs to play the ice breaker games, journal together, etc.

My school will be back in-person on April 19th! I will be 3 weeks post vax at that point and will be working only with my class of five 4th/5th graders. Remote has been insanely difficult for Deaf students, and I am crying with gratitude over here. #DHHTeacher #backtoschool

As a parent, I am frustrated with the amount of homework my daughters' school/district is requiring them to do.
Unfortunately, some schools require this of teachers. I understand the importance, but I don't know that it's doing much more.
