I joined the United Opposition principals — H.E. Kalonzo Musyoka, H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, Hon. Martha Karua, Dr. Fred Matiang’i, Hon. JB Muturi, and Hon. Eugene Wamalwa — for the Wiper Patriotic Front NDC and the public acclamation at the historic Uhuru Park, where Kalonzo Musyoka was endorsed as the Party’s flag bearer.
Uhuru Park is more than just a venue — it is a symbol of our nation’s struggle for freedom, justice, and democracy. Standing there today reminded us that Kenya’s story is still being written, and it’s our duty to ensure it ends in victory for the people.
As the United Opposition, we are united by one mission: to liberate this country from corruption, impunity, and poor leadership. We are building a Kenya of integrity, equality, and opportunity for all.

Do you know why Gachagua has avoided campaigning in Ol Kalou and declared that he's taking a break from active campaigns to strategize? Your guess is as good as mine. They picked a very weak candidate who doesn't resonate with the people. He's in Western Kenya trying to popularize DCP, yet in his perceived stronghold, he's being outmaneuvered by the team led by Itumbi. If UDA wins in Ol Kalou, which is most likely to happen, the united opposition should forget about DCP. It's just another briefcase party like PAA & Maendeleo chap chap.

Highcourts decision on the case stopping Kindiki's swearing in was that the court can always overturn a decision. Today's HC's ruling that they can't invalidate Gachagua's impeachment since we Will have 2 DP's shows the inconsistencies in our Courts decisions.

2. Kithure Kindiki was the interior CS before being appointed as DP
3. The IEBC hadn't been constituted yet.

No matter the outcome of Rigathi Gachagua's impeachment case tomorrow,@rigathi Will be on the ballot come 2027.If he loses , he'll appeal. Given backlog at the Court of Appeal, the matter Will be unresolved by 2027.Won't have exhausted all legal mechanism hence eligible.
