I am pleased to announce that the AquaPhage team have been selected for Phase 2 of the programme to develop a solution for Lough Neagh algal blooms. To do this, weโll use #bacteriophages - viruses that kill the problem-causing cyanobacteria but are harmless to humans and wildlife
DAERA has awarded ยฃ2 million in funding to four suppliers to progress to Phase 2 of the Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) aimed at tackling the growth of Blue-Green Algae in Lough Neagh and other affected waterbodies. More info: daera-ni.gov.uk/news/four-suโฆ @AndrewMuirNI

Finally, we provide a suite of tools that allow users users to convert PDB into ProFlex, search for proteins with similar flexibility patterns in structural databases, and compare ProFlex-encoded protein sequences with each other.
