Over the period of June 5 to June 7, Tiny By-law Officers were on full patrol responding to calls ranging from signs to roadside debris. Officers patrolled 320km by bike, responded to 60 complaints, and issued 14 parking tickets. Full press release: tiny.ca/News.

The washrooms at Balm Beach will be closed beginning Tuesday June 16, 2026, until approximately 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026, for epoxy flooring work. Additional porta potties will be on site during the washroom closure. For more information: tiny.ca/News.

The Township of Tiny kicked off the construction of the new Toanche Pavilion with an official groundbreaking. Construction will continue throughout the summer. The new facility is anticipated to be ready for the 2026/2027 winter season. Learn more at tiny.ca/News.

Balm Beach Rd water fill station reopened πŸ’§ Thank you for your patience while we waited for a part on back order to come in to fix the taps. We have budgeted capital funding to replace this unreliable system, and look forward to updating this free service in the near future.

Temporary service disruption due to sidewalk closures in the areas of Lafontaine, Perkinsfield, and Wyevale for various repairs. Work to begin on June 15, 2026, between 7am and 7pm, Mon - Fri. Closures will be in place for 1-2 days in sections. Details: tiny.ca/News

Roadside mowing is starting soon in Tiny! 🚜 🚧 Roadside mowing is done 2-3 times per year for maintenance, weed control, and driver/pedestrian safety. Please slow down, give crews space to work, and pass with caution! Always remember to yield to oncoming traffic while passing.

Last year, we added rest benches and resurfaced 2 kilometres of the Tiny Rail Trail, enhancing accessibility for all users. A new section is scheduled to receive additional limestone resurfacing this season. Learn more about our trails at tiny.ca/Trails.

Tiny has made accessibilty enhancements to our community garden thanks to a grant from the Ontario Government. Improvements like raised beds allow us to offer the "Growing Together" program for older adults with dementia or frailty and their care partners. tiny.ca/CommunityGarden

In 2025, the Township of Tiny enhanced beach access at Bluewater Beach and Cawaja Beach. In 2026, we will be enhancing the boardwalk at Lafontaine Beach Park, building a boardwalk at Balmoral Ave. and Laurel Ave. beach access, and improving accessibility at Toanche Pavilion.
